ATVs and Golf Carts Prohibited on Walking Trails

Please be aware, ATVs and golf carts are prohibited on the walking trails. Thank you for you cooperation in this matter.

HEDGE/GRASS CLIPPINGS are NOT to be placed on common property or in the lake. Please dispose of them properly. COST OF REMOVAL will be billed to the homeowner. A fine might also be incurred.

We are fortunate to have over 4 miles of community walking trails in our common area. The trails are for the enjoyment of all CVLE residents and their guests. We maintain and improve our trails and other common areas, and this is funded by the association’s common area dues.

Please do not dump yard clippings and other landscaping debris on or near the trails. Any dumping of this kind should be done far enough into the wooded areas, so it cannot be seen by others.

If unwanted debris needs to be removed by our contractors, the cost of removal will be charged to the homeowner responsible. The CVLE bylaws also allow for a fine to imposed on the responsible party.

Thank you all and enjoy our community parks and trails.
