Per the Oct. 3, 2022 HOA Board decision, which residents received via email from Stevenson Williams, moving forward, as of Oct 15, 2022, disregard of HOA rules will no longer be tolerated. All homeowners must submit a Request for Approval of Exterior Alteration to Stevenson Williams Management Company. Requests are reviewed by the architectural committee. The Committee’s recommendation for approval or denial goes to the HOA board of directors. The HOA Board makes the final decision on the acceptability of the proposal and the homeowner will be notified. No work may be started before approval from the Board is received.
